We combine exercise, education, and manual therapy to ensure that every client not only feels better but also understands their body and feels empowered to build healthy habits that support long-term self-management.

Arlen is a physiotherapist with a big passion for helping people move with intention and confidence. His journey started as an exercise physiologist before going on to study physiotherapy.
Whether it’s getting back to sport, returning to the gym, or simply moving more comfortably in daily life, he strives to make the process enjoyable and empowering.
